Gourmet recipes for Easter

We at SOSCuisine.com always try and aim at suggesting tasty, simple and quick dishes for the weekdays, so that you can eat well for less. The choice of these dishes depends on the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients and the specials advertised in the flyers of the major grocery stores.

As we are about a week away from Easter Sunday, I’d like to recommend some dishes that are not only suitable for during the week, but can also be used in special holiday meals.

In fact, why should we spend a lot of time behind the stove when we are inviting family and friends over for a good time? If you ask me, it’s simply a question of using some slightly more sophisticated and festive ingredients. Apart from that, the formula always remains the same: a bit of planning, a bit of preparation, some love… and there you have it: The perfect Easter dinner!
