Danielle Lamontagne

Registered Dietitian and member of the OPDQ (Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec), Danielle has 25 years experience in school and industrial food service. She has directed SOSCuisine’s internal and external team of dietitians since 2006. Her expertise in getting people to make sustainable eating changes is an integral part of the SOSCuisine formula.


Jef L’Ecuyer, RD

Jef L'Ecuyer

Member of the Quebec College of Dietitians (OPDQ) and Dietitians of Canada,Jef graduated from McGill University in December 2014. Recently graduated and passionate about culinary arts, Jef poses a simple, effective and practical look at daily meal planning. With this in mind, she works in conjunction with the mission of SOSCuisine.

Kathryn Adel, RD, MS, CSSD

Sports Dietitian, Kinesiologist and Consulting Dietitian – Canada & USA

Kathryn Adel

Kathryn is both a Registered Dietitian and Kinesiologist. She holds Bachelor Degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, all from Laval University. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ) and of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also an accomplished athlete, having ran track and cross-country at a national level. Kathryn specializes in sports nutrition, weight loss, diabetes, as well as heart and gastrointestinal health. Her caring and enthusiastic manner makes it easy for clients to develop a good rapport with her, which is a vital factor for success.


Anne-Marie Stelluti, RD

Anne-Marie Stelluti

Anne-Marie has a passion in digestive health nutrition and a focus in IBS and the Low-FODMAP diet. She has seen what a difference food and lifestyle can make in solving gut symptoms and what an impact it can have on improving someone’s life. Life really is too short to waste on fad diets and short-term solutions. Anne-Marie graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors’ degree in Nutritional sciences and is a member of the College of Dietitians of BC. She has given talks with the GI Society of Vancouver, the Gluten Free Expo, and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Canada. She is an advocate for a real food approach and evidence-based therapy, Last but not least, Anne-Marie really enjoys helping people figure things out and reach their goals.


Johanne Émond, RD, MSc

Johanne Émond

With a master’s degree in nutrition from the Université de Montréal and a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (ODPQ), Johanne has served a wide range of clients with her private practice for nearly 20 years. Regardless of the reason for consultation (diabetes, cholesterol, weight management, gastrointestinal problems, eating disorders, etc.), she offers appropriate support in order to keep her clients motivated in their new lifestyle habits.


Claire Lamboley, RD

Claire Lamboley

Nutritionist and dietitian, Claire has been concerned with nutrition since a young age. She bases her work on the maxim: “let food by thy medicine.” Claire specializes in micronutrition with a focus on digestive troubles, weight-loss and its complications, disordered eating, anti-aging and anti-degenerative diseases… in order to adapt her patients diets to their specific needs.


Antonella Giordano, RD, MSc

Antonella Giordano

Antonella holds a Master’s degree in behavioural biology (University of Florence) and a M.Sc. in Nutrition and Health Education (University of Bologna). She is a member of ONB (National College of Biologists) since 2013 and member of the Italian Association of Human Nutrition (SINU). Passionate about psycho-nutrition issues, her aim is to help clients find a balance and a healthy relationship with food and their body, leading them to understand how their eating behaviours can affect their life and the world we live in. The dialogue with the clients is central for a sustainable health education program.

Membro dell’Ordine Nazionale dei Biologi (ONB) e laureata presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche, Francesca è una nutrizionista che vive con estrema passione il proprio lavoro. Non sottovaluta mai il lato umano del rapporto con i pazienti, fondamentale per il successo di qualsiasi percorso nutrizionale. Il suo entusiasmo e la sua curiosità la spingono a ricercare e studiare continuamente strategie alimentari che possano essere sempre più efficaci e personalizzate, con particolare attenzione a pazienti con intolleranze, pazienti sportivi e pazienti oncologici.
