??? gingerroot, grated ???
??? lemon juice, freshly squeezed ???
??? sriracha (hot chili sauce) [optional] ???
??? water ???
??? sugar ???

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful to make the sauce.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Run until the sauce is smooth.
  2. Transfer the sauce to a bowl, cover and keep in the refrigerator until needed.
