Swordfish is an apex predator, at the top of the food chain, feeding on smaller fish. As such, it accumulates pollutants, particularly mercury, and should not be consumed too often.
Sardines have a high omega-3 fatty acid content. Whole or canned, they are also an excellent source of calcium, phosphorus, iron, selenium, vitamin B3, vitamin B12 and vitamin D. It is therefore beneficial to add them often to the menu, especially since they taste good and are economical.
Anchovies, like sardines, are small fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids and can be eaten freely. I encourage you to add them to your recipes and try them in this pasta sauce.
