Delicious!!!! Even my boyfriend wants me to make these again and he eats meat!
I was pleasantly surprised by these burgers because i have not found a single vegetarian burger that i can honestly say i like-until now!! As someone else had said, the texture is sort of pasty, but other than that the flavours all blend well together and the outside has a crispiness to it (thanks to the olive oil). I'm looking forward to making these on the grill in the summer so i can eat barbq burgers with eveyone else.
Excellent - I broiled it in the oven, flipping once.
