Spaghetti with egg, bacon, and parmesan cheese.
The name carbonara comes from the Italian «carbone», meaning coal or charcoal, and some believe it was thought up by those who extracted coal from the mines in the Latium region (near Rome).

I loved this and was glad to try out the expensive real parmesan cheese I had purchased. What a treat! I did pop it into the microwave a couple of times for 30 second bursts as I wanted to make sure the egg had cooked completely. Turned out great!
Ajouter le double de bacon demandé et c'est parfait.
great for kids
