Great tasting and easy to make. A fast meal to make but a lot of chopping and prep. Easier and faster if you do all the prep before starting.
Really enjoyed this recipe! As another reviewer noted, tt does require a bit of prep time which may make it difficult as a weeknight dinner. I cooked it with my husband and it was easier having 2 people on hand - one to tend to the saucepan and the other to prep the next step. Very tasty and will definitely cook it again.
