Peanut Butter and Chocolate Nibbles

Ingredients

3/4 cup peanut butter, natural 190 g
2 tbsp butter, unsalted, melted 30 g
3 tbsp cocoa powder 16 g
2 drops liquid stevia 0.63 mL
1/4 cup flaked almonds 18 g
aluminum foil

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the almonds, until a smooth texture is reached. Chill the mixture 15 min in the freezer.
  2. Form 18 smalls balls with the mixture, the roll them in the flaked almonds. Line a baking sheet with aluminum paper then transfer the balls to the sheet and chill 30 min in the freezer.
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
