Make the gravad lax. Place the slices on a plate and sprinkle with the oil and lemon juice. Let stand 15 min. 

In a bowl, dress the salad mix with the classic vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the dressed salad onto serving plates and place the salmon slices on top. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
