1 cup coffee (liquid) 250 mL
1 tbsp coconut oil, or MCT oil 14 g
3 1/2 tsp butter, unsalted 16 g
1 tbsp whipping cream 35% 15 mL

Method

  1. Add the coconut oil, butter and cream to the coffee. Blend together using an immersion blender and serve.
