Ingredients

6 pitted dates 1/4 cup
1 cup buckwheat flour 130 g
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp water 60 mL

Method

  1. Pit and chop the dates.
  2. Add the buckwheat flour, salt and a little water. Mix well with a spoon and allow to stand one hour.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
