White wheat bread is low FODMAP for 1 slice (24g) and becomes high FODMAP at 36g. The Dave’s Killer White Done Right thin slice contains wheat, barley and Rye but should be low FODMAP for 1 slice (28g). You should only eat 1 slice at the time.

Hi Hazel,
You should do the reintroduction of the various FODMAP families to find out what foods and how much you are intolerant to. At the end you may found out that you are avoiding too many fruits that you could eat.
